Cancelling your subscription means that your account will expire, and you will no longer have access to updates/downloads and the ability to submit support requests.

Please ensure you download and save the most current zip file(s) should you run into website issues at any time and need to re-install it.

For NextGEN Pro only you will also lose access to taxjar integration and Printlab functionality without an active license.

How to Cancel Your Membership:

You can cancel your membership going to your Account → Cancel. From there, confirm the Cancellation and submit the form.

You will still have access to support and upgrades for one full year from the last date of payment. Ensure that you download the most recent zip files from your membership account, as you will no longer have access to the membership area.
