Printlab – Manage Orders

All purchases will be listed under Ecommerce > View Orders. Print lab orders will have 'Submitted' or 'Pending':

Submitted = Order has been successfully submitted to WHCC for automatic fulfillment. You will also see 'Print Cost' listed under 'Total'. This is the cost that will be charged to your credit card.

Pending = Your order is processing. Give it a few minutes and refresh the View Orders page. You will see the status listed as 'submitted' when WHCC has successfully received the purchase information and full resolution image files for print.

UNPAID, FRAUD, UNVERIFIED, VERIFIED

Unpaid = Your customer selected 'Pay by Check' as their checkout option. Once you receive payment return back to Ecommerce > View Orders, select the order and under 'Bulk Actions' at the top select 'Mark as paid' and 'Apply'. Your order status will update to 'Pending' while it submits the order to WHCC.

Fraud & Unverified = PayPal or Stripe is unable to confirm the order with your website. Most of the time you will receive a confirmation directly from PayPal or Stripe that you received payment.

Verified = PayPal or Stripe successfully received and verified your order and was able to return confirmation back to your website. You will only see the Verified status if the order included 'manual fulfillment' items only in their purchase.

HOW TO RESOLVE THE FRAUD & UNVERIFIED ERROR MESSAGES

You will only see these errors in your Order Status if you do not have an SSL certificate installed to your site; your domain will read http://www.yourdomain.com ... When you have an SSL certificate successfully installed your domain URL will update to https://www.yourdomain.com. With SSL you should avoid receiving these errors and all Printlab orders will submit successfully.

You can purchase and/or install SSL through your hosting account. If you're unsure how to install it, reach out to your hosting provider tech support for assistance.

Orders submitted without SSL:

If you received payment from PayPal or Stripe return back to Ecommerce > View Orders, select the order and under 'Bulk Actions' at the top select 'Mark as paid' and 'Apply'. Your order status will update to 'Pending' while it submits the order to WHCC.

 

MANUAL & PRINTLAB SHIPPING

Orders that include both manual fulfillment prints and Printlab prints, all manual orders will have the shipment cost combined with the total shipment listed at checkout. You will receive the total shipping amount for your manual fulfillment prints.
