How to Get a Refund

To issue a refund, you must contact us by accessing your Account → Support and submitting a ticket.

If you are entitled for a refund, we will issue it right away.  Refunds usually take about seven to ten business days to appear on your account.

Our memberships are refundable within 14 days from purchase or renewal.

All refunds will go back to the same method you paid with. They usually take about five to ten business days to appear on your statement.
