COVID-19’s Impact on Imagely Customers

We want to start by saying that we recognize a lot of our customers are being affected, either personally or for their businesses, by the current crisis. If so, our sympathies go out to you.

For our own, we want to let you know that Imagely is fortunate to be operating more or less normally.

Our team is 100% distributed, which means we all already work from home. We work through the cloud for shared storage, documents, support, etc. We use Slack for team communication among other software and services for streamlined work experience, and customer experience.

For our customers, that means we're here, more or less like usual, to support you. At this moment in time, there are no delays in support tickets.

If that changes, we will update this with a note about that.

Print Lab Fulfillment

Because NextGEN Pro now has automated print fulfillment, Imagely customers will be impacted by COVID-19's recommended social distancing and business closures.

We currently integrate with WHCC which is a USA based print lab. The lab is adjusting their work schedules which can and will likely cause some order fulfillment delays.

Below is a screenshot from the email WHCC sent to its customers.

As mentioned above, we will update this as needed.

UPDATE 3-26-2020

WHCC is officially closing until the Stay at Home order is lifted. This means all print lab orders will not be fulfilled for the time being. Good thing is that you can switch to self-fulfillment as needed and handle the printing and shipping on your own.

Thank you for your patience during these difficult times. Please stay safe!
