How to cancel your subscription

Have you been using Imagely Pro but need to cancel the renewal?

We understand – sometimes, these things happen.

Imagely Pro gives the option to cancel the subscription at any time. This guide will show the steps to cancel the subscription.

1. What Does “Cancel My Subscription” Mean?

Imagely Pro licenses are subscription-based and will automatically renew each year. When you choose to cancel your subscription, that doesn’t mean your galleries or albums will stop working, though.

You can still access support and updates through your paid term when you cancel your subscription, but your license will not auto-renew.

2. What Happens after I Cancel the Active Subscription?

Having an active license provides access to all premium features, updates, and priority support. This ensures your plugin is compatible with the latest version of WordPress and runs with new features and bug fixes.

Cancelling the subscription will still allow you to use the plugin, but you’ll lose access to future updates, support, new features, bug fixes, etc. This might lead to compatibility issues with WordPress and other plugins.

3. How to Cancel Your Imagely Pro Subscription?

Cancelling your Imagely Pro subscription is easy and can be accomplished in a few steps:

1. Sign in to your Imagely Account. Once logged in, select the Billing tab from the menu.

2. Once you are on the Billing tab, select the Cancel button on the right side of the license you need to cancel.

3. To proceed with the cancellation process, click No thanks, and continue the cancellation process on the next screen.

However, if you’d prefer to keep your license and get help with any issues, just click Yes, I’d Like to Get VIP Support. Our Team is happy to assist you.

4. Before canceling, please pick a reason for the subscription cancellation and click Continue Cancelling.

If you’ve changed your mind and would like to keep your subscription, simply click Keep My Plan.

5. After you choose to continue with cancellation, on the next screen, we’ll show you a detailed summary of what’s currently included with an active license.

You can continue using Imagely until your subscription expires, but after that date, access to premium features such as updates, integrations, and support will end.

Before clicking Continue Cancelling, make sure to check the box that says Yes, I understand that I’ll lose all the above when my plan expires.

However, if you want to keep your plan, just click Keep My Plan to get all the features and benefits.

Q: I’ve canceled my subscription, but why haven’t I received a refund yet?

A: If you are within our 14-day money-back guarantee period, canceling your subscription does not automatically process a refund. If you are looking for a refund and you are within your first 14 days of purchase, please contact support to request your refund.
