Do you prefer to add your galleries with shortcodes?
Imagely creates the shortcode for you. Every gallery and album has its own shortcode, and you can copy it with one click. You can paste it into any post, page, or widget area that accepts shortcodes.
A gallery shortcode looks like this:
An album shortcode looks like this:
The number is the gallery or album ID.
You also see the shortcode right after you create a new gallery. The confirmation window shows it under “Your gallery is ready to be published.” Click it to copy it.
If you already added a gallery with the Imagely block in the block editor, you can see its shortcode in the code view.
.You can paste the shortcode into:
The gallery shows with the layout you picked for it on its Customize Layout & Settings step (go to Imagely > Galleries and click the gallery title). If you change the layout there, it changes everywhere that gallery appears.
You’re done! Now you can add your gallery anywhere that accepts a shortcode.
