We’ve been busy. While you’ve been out creating stunning images and videos, the Imagely team has been hard at work on three highly-requested features that expand what’s possible with your Imagely galleries:
- Video Links – embed YouTube, Vimeo, and other videos directly in your galleries
- TikTok Integration – automatically pull your TikTok videos straight into WordPress
- Dribbble Integration – showcase your Dribbble portfolio on your own site
Whether you want to mix videos into your photo galleries, pull your latest TikTok content onto your WordPress site, or showcase your Dribbble portfolio without maintaining it manually — all of it is now built right into Imagely.
Video Links: Add YouTube, Vimeo & Other Videos to Your Galleries
Your galleries aren’t just for photos anymore. With Video Links, you can add videos from YouTube, Vimeo, and other platforms directly into your Imagely galleries. No embeds, no shortcodes, no workarounds.
How to Add Videos
Adding a video is just as easy as adding a photo. When creating a new gallery, click the Video Links button. Or, when editing an existing gallery, click Add Images and select Video Links from the options.
From there, just paste the URL and Imagely handles the rest.
- Imagely automatically pulls in the existing video thumbnail, no extra steps needed.
- Prefer a different thumbnail? Upload a custom image or select one from your Media Library
You can click Add Video to continue adding more videos, and press Create Gallery when you’re finished.
Publishing Your Video Galleries
After you’ve added all your videos, feel free to customize the gallery like you normally would in the builder. All videos will integrate seamlessly into your gallery when published.
Once published, videos in the gallery will show a play button overlay on thumbnails so visitors know exactly what to expect.
Clicking a thumbnail in the gallery opens the video in your lightbox for a clean, distraction-free viewing experience.

TikTok & Dribbble: Turn Your Social Content Into Galleries
Imagely now connects directly with TikTok and Dribbble, so you can build galleries straight from your existing social content, no downloading, re-uploading, or copy-pasting required. Your galleries stay fresh and automatically updated as you post new content.
Step 1: Activate the Integrations
Go to Imagely » Features in your WordPress admin. You’ll see cards for both TikTok and Dribbble. Click Activate on whichever you want to enable.
Step 2: Connect Your Accounts
Once activated, head to Imagely » Settings and click Integrations in the menu. Here, you’ll see each integration you’ve activated.
Click Connect next to each integration, log in to your account, and authorize Imagely.
Once connected, you’ll see a Connected status for each. You can connect up to 3 separate accounts per integration, which is handy if you manage multiple social media accounts.
Step 3: Configure Your Defaults
Click the down arrow (⌄) on either integration to expand its settings.
Then, open the Configure tab to set your defaults for each integration:
- Account: Default Dribbble/TikTok account to use
- No. of Items: How many photos (Dribbble) or videos (TikTok) to fetch for the gallery
- Overriding Link: Choose where photos (Dribbble) or videos (TikTok) link when clicked in the gallery:
- No Link (Use Lightbox If Enabled) – photos and videos open/play in the gallery lightbox
- Original Page at Dribbble/TikTok – photos and videos link to the original post on your social account
- Direct Full Sized Image/Video On Site – photos and videos link to the full sized photo or video on your site
- Image Size: Default lightbox size
- Use Photo Title: Pull in captions from Dribbble/TikTok automatically
- Limit Caption Length: Set the max number of words to display for each caption from Dribbble/TikTok
- Cache Data: Toggle on for better performance
- Show Play Button (TikTok): Toggle on to display a play button on video thumbnails in the gallery view
Step 4: Create a Dribbble or TikTok Gallery
Once everything is connected and configured for your accounts, you can start creating galleries from your social content. When creating a new gallery, simply select TikTok or Dribbble as your source.
You can choose which connected account to pull from and override any default settings on a per-gallery basis.
Just click Custom Settings in the gallery builder to open all your default integration settings and customize as needed.
